H&M Conscious Exclusive Collection

H&M presented its fall Conscious Exclusive collection at a casual matinee co-hosted by Susan Rockefeller.  Kate Young, Athena Calderone, and Brianna Lance converged with other renewable inclined guests like Barbara Burchfield and Lauren Singer to view the latest collection.  The setting was the charming surrounds of Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture and Blue Hill at Stone Barns located in Pocantico Hills, New York.  The new assemblage will be available at hm.com beginning Thursday, September 27th.

This new troche, influenced by the life and journey of a lost section of ancient tapestry, marks the eighth Conscious Exclusive collection but is the first time a Conscious Exclusive collection will be offered in the fall.  The assemblage originates two brand-new materials of recycled cashmere and velvet made from recycled polyester featured in elements such as a floor-sweeping coat and a tailored wide leg pant.

The relaxed affair highlighted a delightful meal gathered from the surrounding fields and pastures.  Guests were then attracted to a sustainable curated Farmer's Market with featured products from H&M, FEED, Mother Dirt, Package Free Shop, and Stone Barns Center.  The party assembled ecological innovators to prove no rivalry when it comes to a more sustainable fashion future.

Susan Rockefeller and H&M partnered for this event which mindfully aligns with Musings, a sustainable idea and innovation platform founded by Susan.  A natural alliance, as both are frontrunners approaching and discovering keys to a more workable fashion model.
