J.B. Hunt Transport Services buys RDI Last Mile.
Founded in 1987, RDI offers home delivery of big and bulky products in the Northeastern United States. RDI uses contract carriers for furniture deliveries, generating an annual revenue of $35 million.

Final Mile Services® is a division of J.B. Hunt’s Dedicated Contract Services® business unit and operates a nationwide, commingled cross-dock operation serving 100% of the contiguous United States. J.B. Hunt bought Special Logistics Dedicated in 2017 and Cory 1st Choice Home Delivery in 2019. With the RDI deal, Final Mile Services expands its home delivery capacity, growing to 104 locations and 3.2 million square feet of warehouse and services space.
